Our Team

Providing a consistent and familiar environment for children to learn and grow

Long-Standing Teachers and Educators

Our team of teachers and educators have all been with our pre-school for a minimum of four to nearly 20 years. They are qualified with existing and relevant experience within the childcare industry. We pride ourselves on being able to provide the children with consistent educators and staff. This creates a safe and familiar environment for the children to develop trust and to feel secure, growing and building on their confidence whilst in our care.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in early childhood, having worked within the industry for nearly thirty years.

Rachelle’s favourite part of teaching is watching children develop their own sense of self and finding their place in the community.

With a Bachelor of Teaching and 18 years experience in day care prior to joining the pre-school. Rachelle is well-equipped to ensure our children benefit from a balanced learning framework that’s flexible enough to focus on their individual interests.
